Some viruses and spyware programs also create hidden files, so it is
better not to set Explorer to hide anything. When you find a file you
are not sure of use Google to find out what it is.
By the way, any hidden files in a temporary folder can be deleted as
they are not needed by the operating system.
As for the rootkit revealer help file it comes with the program. You
should have a RootkitRevealer.exe and a RootkitRevealer.chm in the
file you downloaded from sysinternal. The chm file is the help file and
make sure it is in the same directory as the exe file.
