it's just a package that utilizes Bart's PE. But as far as I know
(have not tried for a while) Bart's PE does work on Win2000, it
only needs a XP setup CD because earlier versions of Windows do
not support such a live CD creation. AFAIK there's no way to create
a booting Windows CD based on operating systems earlier than XP.
