Partition manager for Win 2003 server and SCSI disks?

I'm running Win 2003 server from an 18.2g SCA SCSI
drive with an SCA-to-68-pin adapter. I've just
obtained a 9.1g 68-pin drive and want to move my
NTFS boot partition (3 gig used).

Is there any freeware that will do this? All the
ones I've tried either don't like Win 2003, NTFS,
and/or SCSI.
