Spam filter

I created some email addresses a few years ago that I don't want to change
but they're "dumb" addresses like Joe123@earthlink.net, and are vulnerable
to spam from creeps who somehow manage to include copies of there spam to
all Joe's from Joe1 to Joe999999999 all in a single email to someone else
entirely. Is there a spam filter for Outlook Express that will
automatically erase emails that are not specifically addressed to me or that
don't specifically have me in the CC list? The key word is automatically, I
don't want to just move them to a spam folder since that still requires
maintenance. Thanks.
