The vectors are enough, the functionality I have by a CAD program
then later on.

I am looking for something equal to PDF2DXF from CAD-KAS, but
freeware. For just one or two times per year requested, I was
looking for an alternate of this.

If there is something similar, I would prefer to use freeware
instaed. Any suggestions?
