I pulled it out, the jumpers where the same for the CD Burner I had in the
machine, so after trying it again and no, windows didn't see it, even after
un-installing the old drive, I pulled it out again and moved the one jumper
from slave to cable select, rebooted and windows saw it and installed it as
a genartic 8x dvd burner. So far it's played the music cd fine. Next month
I'll have to buy a pack of dvd's and test burn one of them.
