Has any one used Text Recorder?

So far it seems to be a nice program for turning text into sound files.
It seems to work best with the free Microsoft voices.

Has any one tested it with commercial voices? I have had some trouble
using commercial voices with this program. I am wondering if it is the
program or my computer that is causing the trouble.
