I use Avant Browser to save .mht files and IE does it too but if you
can't do it now on your browser, there is an alternative tool:
http://www.pixel-technology.com/freeware/url2bmp/

You enter the URL of the page and hit enter.

It then saves the web page as an image file (.bmp, .jpg or .png).
It works well; the downside is that the files are larger in bytes.
