DJGPP - a whole bunch of UNIX utils available natively on win32 when you
just need to do some simple scripting.

bzip2.exe - for the odd time that you need to uncompress a bzip file.

ipresolve.exe - resolves IP addresses. Small GUI, type in the IP or name
you want to resolve, and hit lookup. Very simple, and occasionally useful.

wget.exe - resumable command-line downloader. For when your web browser
download keeps arsing up.

UltimateBootCD (more of a collection, really). Useful for when it's time
to start again with XP.

path400 - invaluable little tool that allows you to right-click on a
file or directory, and send its name to the clipboard. You can then
paste this into a document to tell people where a file can be located.
Tiny utility that can be extremely handy.

Now that I've broached the subject of CD collections and UNIX utils ...
GnuWin II is a CD choc full of programs that have been ported from UNIX
to Windows:
