How to make my fonts, icons ... etc larger in WinXp ?

How to make my fonts, icons ... etc larger in WinXp ?
I use Display Properties --> Settings --> Advanced --> General --> Large
Size (120 DPI)
but I have problems with some programs.

Display Properties --> Appearance --> Font Size --> Large Fots doesn't
help too
And I surely doesn't want to manualy try & set all options in Appearance
--> Advanced

I would like to know if there is some program to just click and set wanted
size for all WinXP fonts & stuff ?
Any help would be appreciated, this problem is killing me (and my eyes)
I use 1280x1024 resolution, if that's important
