I found a lot of stuff, but actually not what I was looking for. At
least not within 30 minutes.

Actually the chance of interactive network access granting should be
standard within any OS. Of course the user should be able to choose or
disable it.

Windows is still too complicated for many users.

My dad could never share and set permissions for a folder.

Try sending ideas for improvement to Microsoft. They don't care and
never write back.
