If you can't see any differences between IE7 and IE6, then you probably
still are running IE6... ;-)
I believe the main changes in IE7 are:
- toolbars more customizable than before
- tabbed browsing
- multiple selections of search engines
- improved formatting for print
- built in RSS
- popup stopper and other "security enhancements"

However, most of this has been possible with addons, etc, even before.
I have been trying it for some time now, and there are several things
annoying me.
- some plugins not working anymore
- Visual Studio crashes
- On some machines, it's not "uninstallable"
- Stops not only Javascript popups, but also ordinary
links with targets to new windows
- Some pages renders better, some worse, than before,
some unrenderable pages even crashes IE7...
But, one has to remember that it is a Beta...
