YOu can try moo4.zip which I recently acquired but have not tried. Moo was
originally a nice looking straightforward menu system for win 3.1, but it
has been expanded to organize and make the startMenu more useable - the
author claims. It is freeware. One nice feature is it gives you
autocompletion of menu items: Type a few letters of a menu item, and
it is immediately highlighted and ready for you to launch it.
