It may be simply that Microsoft DRM is preventing you from downloading
it. If that's the case, you're going to have a very difficult time
accomplishing what you want. I've noticed that the new Shockwave style
movies are impossible to download as well.

On the other hand, I just Googled and found this one:

I haven't used it though. It may be that the stream you're trying to
download is actually an .mma with a .wmv extension.

If this is not the case, then this one:

http://en.hoonnet.com/english1/recorder_intro.html

might do what you want. I haven't installed or used it though, so it's
at your own risk.
