Not necessarily, that just makes it "crippleware", which by itself *could*
be on-topic, providing that the discussion clearly states the severity of
the "crippling" (is there such a word?).
What makes it definitely off-topic is that the "size limited" edition
*requires* a MSDN-subscription, which *not* is free.
