ultravnc mirror driver help

I have tried the ultravnc forum and couldn't find decipherable help for
this. Since some people here informed me of this alternative hopefully
they can help me implement it also.

On certain servers UltraVNC seems to beat the CPU up severely. Someone
mentioned the Mirror Driver and I found documentation on the website
but can't figure out how to install it. There doesn't seem to be a
downloadable file and the instructions tell me to replace some .sys
files in the system32 folder.

Is there a file I download from this site that does the job?
