Avi Resize Tool presents the AVI file information: frame rate and
resolution. You can select the output you desire (VCD, SVCD, DVD). It
will calculate the new optimum size relative to your output selection
while keeping aspect ratio. for example: suppose we open a movie file
(*.AVI) that it's size is 640x352 pixels, and we want to stretch it to
"full screen" while keeping aspect ratio for DVD. the result is 720x396
which is the widest possible for DVD (720x480 for NTSC and 720x576 for
PAL).
