Medulla.Round-Robin henceforth referred to as robin, is a round-robin
type implementatino to forward visitors accordign to the domain name
server they are visiting from. for example, steinscape.net and spawn.ws
both point to the steinscape interactive shared server address, however
visiting either redirects you to the appropriate server space i.e
si_server/s3 for steinscape software and si_server/ws for spawn.ws ...
robin was built as support module for the medulla (cms) system.
