neoShut is a very lightweight, yet advanced power management utility,
better known as a shutdown utility.

Features.
full command line operation - through : neoshut.exe mode hours minutes
seconds
modes
s - Sleep (Suspend/Hibernate);
t - Turnoff the computer
l - logoff the computer
r - restart the computer
please note, command line parameters must be 0,1 or 4 words/sections in
length. so :
0 - means neoshut.exe / this runs in normal mode
1 means - neoshut.exe mode / runs then execute a sungle command without
timing
4 means - neoshut.exe mode hours minutes seconds.
you may not leave any of the parameters out. otherwise neoshut will
alert you with an error.
fully skinable - supports image formats such as, png, ico, bmp and jpg.
using a very easy skin definition.
uses very little ram - approx 2-3 megabytes.
shutdown,reboot,hibernate/standby,logoff - with ability to force other
applications to close when they do not respond; thus elimating the
system to hang or display the end program dialog whne shutting down,
etc.
timer for all the above operations.
doesn't use registry, thus no chance of contributing to a currupt
registry and therefore neding a reinstallation of windows. this means
that all settings will remain the saim, whereever you move neoShut
files.
doesn't use an installer, this means that you do not need worry about it
leaving garbage on your system, just delete the parent folder containing
neoshut.exe or the file neoshut.exe,chrome and skins folders belonging
to neoshut and it's gone forever.
plays custom sounds when the program exits, or when you the system is
logging off, etc.
