Rip the DVD with
DVDFab Decrypter
http://www.dvdidle.com/free.htm
or
DVD Shrink
http://fileforum.betanews.com/detail/DVD_Shrink/1050004458/1
and then save the ripped DVD as a ISO file
and then burn the ISO file to a DVD with
ImgBurn
