John: Forget all the solutions involving scripts and regular expressions.
Linestrip will do it easily. Just load the list into Linestrip, enter the
letter "i" (without quotes) as the string , check "Delete if not present",
and you will have the list you want.

This program is very useful and the only one I have that comes from Papua
New Guinea!
