Or try an alternative newsreader, for example:

Dialog is an offline/online newsreader, works similar to Hamster in
that Dialog can filter on any header in the overview when retrieving
headers and any (other) header when retrieving bodies (articles).
Headers and/or bodies can be retrieved for any group(s). So, with
filtering/scoring rules, set your regular/problem text groups to
retrieve bodies with headers, and new rules can also be added and
applied to group(s) after retrieval. Dialog's gets its scoring from
Hamster, and also has actions like delete, ignore and watch
