my freeware personal web cache (proxy) with filtering options for
Windows. It caches web pages more effective than a web browser, and is
ideal on slow Internet connection as modems, ISDN, slow wireless
networks and the mobile network EDGE.
Install and start MyWebCache. Set your browser HTTP proxy settings to
localhost and port 7768 and you are up and running.
