rename files from list update with Oscar's

Thanks Artnpeg, and Ron for the others who suggested ways of renaming a
directory of files from a text list. I tried them all, including Lupas
rename, the bat rename list and Oscars renamer.

I didn't get the batch to work, (It acted like it was working,-but didn't
rename); and i couldnt figure out how to do it with Lupas, other than file
by file manually. But Oscar's did the trick beautifully. it did 3134
files, all with unique names from a text file using the macro process.

You guys are GREAT!!!!

if anyone runs needs this it is a HUGE timesaver.

I know Oscars been around for a long time but I've never tried it. I always
used Wild Rename with great success for simple renaming of directories. I
can see using both.
