can decide what size to split them up into, and has a clear-cut

fvSplitter splits mp3 albums into individual tracks and adds the title
of the track to the mp3 file name and tags it at the same time.
fvSplitter can search and download Compact Disk Database (CDDB) files.
These files contain the track titles and durations. The duration
information contained in these files do not necessarily match the split
points between tracks in your mp3 album. fvSplitter allows you to
manually adjust the presets in the CDDB files so that the individual
tracks split from mp3 albums start and end correctly.
